At Cutieqo, we’re thrilled to send our adorable Korean accessories from our base in the UAE directly to you in India! We aim to process and ship your orders quickly and efficiently so you can enjoy your new sparkle as soon as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in the UAE) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification with tracking details when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping to India

  • Shipping Methods & Costs: Shipping costs for orders to India will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Prices will be displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
    • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 15-30 business days.
    • Express International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-10 business days.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important for India Customers):
    • Please be aware that your order, being an international shipment from the UAE, will be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes (including GST) upon arrival in India.
    • These charges are determined by Indian customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Cutieqo is not responsible for these charges and they are not included in your order total.
    • We recommend you check with your local Indian customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order, to avoid any surprises.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address in India is entered correctly and completely at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Cutieqo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
